It’s been quite a cycle, and I’ve had a front-row seat to both the upswing and the downswing.
Now that things have settled a bit, I wanted to share a series of lessons learned from this period.
This season required a lot of hard decisions. Looking back, I’ve had time to reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what I’d do differently if faced with it again.
After being in the arena, I thought it would be helpful to share a few of the lessons I wish I could go back and tell my younger self, both professionally and personally, and open it up for discussion along the way.
I’ll start next with the first and most important investing lesson from this cycle:

More to come.
