AUSTIN, TX — The Alan Stalcup Scholarship continues its mission of investing in students who are driven to pursue higher education, develop their talents, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Scholarship recipient Jenny Pham is pursuing her education at The University of Texas at Austin, where she plans to study Biology as she prepares for a future career as a physician assistant.
For Jenny, the decision to pursue healthcare is rooted in personal experiences that helped shape her understanding of the importance of compassionate, accessible medical care.
From an early age, Jenny witnessed how navigating the healthcare system could be overwhelming for patients and their families. Her ultimate goal is to attend physician assistant school after completing her undergraduate degree and pursue a career providing direct medical care to patients.
